Who is your contracting party?
You conclude the purchase contract with Paddle.com Market Limited, 30 Old Bailey, London EC4M 7AU, United Kingdom (email: help@paddle.com) if you buy from the EU or any other country except the United States and Canada. For purchases from the United States, the contracting Paddle company is Paddle.com Inc. (USA); for purchases from Canada, Paddle.com (Canada) Ltd. (Canada). The information in Paddle’s Buyer Terms and in your purchase confirmation is decisive. As Merchant of Record, Paddle is the seller and issues your invoice. Saage Media GmbH operates this website and provides the course.
Your withdrawal is therefore addressed to Paddle. Paddle’s Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms) and Refund Policy (paddle.com/legal/refund-policy) govern.
Your right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
This statutory right of withdrawal applies to consumers in the EU, the EEA and the United Kingdom. If you buy from another country, the withdrawal and refund options that Paddle grants under its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy apply, unless the mandatory law of the country where you live gives you more.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, use the „Withdraw from contract“ button at the bottom of every page of this website. You can also withdraw directly with Paddle, for example by email to help@paddle.com or via „Manage transaction“ in Paddle’s purchase confirmation. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw using our button, you will immediately receive an email acknowledging receipt of your statement, with the date and time of receipt. We forward it to Paddle.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, Paddle shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which your withdrawal is received. Paddle will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. Your access to the full course ends with the refund.
When the right of withdrawal can expire early
For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal can expire before the end of the withdrawal period if all of the following conditions are met: you have expressly agreed that the supply may begin before the end of the withdrawal period, you have confirmed that you know you will lose your right of withdrawal once supply has begun, you have received a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (for example, by email) that records your consent and acknowledgement, and the supply has begun, that is, the full course has been unlocked for you.
When you buy through this website, we obtain your express consent with a separate checkbox that is not pre-checked, before the checkout opens. We record the time and wording, and you receive the confirmation with the email that contains your access link. Without this consent, the checkout does not open. If any of these conditions is not met, your right of withdrawal remains.
